Subsee Flat Bottom Punt named is an original Cairns designed and built vessel perfect for the estuary of Trinity Inlet also known as The Cairns Harbour. The open waters, creeks and deep channel of the Cairns Estuary System are an extremely important part of the breeding cycle of juvenile fish. This offers exceptional fishing for adult species in the Cairns area. This State Marine Park is a natural habitat to deep holes, mudflats, snags and drop-offs for a wide variety of fish species. Common estuary fish species include but not limited to Javelinfish, Fingermark, Threadfin including Blue and King, Queenfish, Trevally species, Mangrove jack, Bream, Estuary cod including gold-spotted and Black-spotted, Flathead, Hairtail, Tarpon, Giant Mudcrab and the prize catch Barramundi. We supply all top quality rods & reels (or you may bring your own), all bait & tackle as well as bottles of water.
